1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 99qb platform and all services operated under it. When you create an account on 99qb, log in, or use any service, you are considered to have agreed to all of these Terms.

99qb provides online gaming, cricket betting, live casino, and slot gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

Important: It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If you have any uncertainty, please contact our support team before using the service.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the 99qb website and all its associated services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any registered member.
  • "Company" or "We" refers to the organization operating 99qb.
  • "Account" refers to the user's personal gaming account.
  • "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in the account.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all services of 99qb, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games, and any future additions. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or tournaments and will be published on the relevant pages.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on 99qb and use gaming services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 99qb may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, family, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and all balances including bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure. If any information changes, you must notify our support team without delay.

2.4 Verification Process

For withdrawals or deposits above a certain amount, 99qb may request a valid government-issued identity document for verification. Relevant transactions may be held pending until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

Maintaining the security of your 99qb account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

  • Use a strong password — a mix of numbers, letters, and special characters.
  • Change your password at regular intervals.
  • Make sure to log out after using an unfamiliar device.
  • If any suspicious activity is detected, notify the support team immediately.
  • Do not log in through phishing links or unauthorized third-party services.

99qb will never ask for your password via email or message. If you receive such a request, stay alert and inform us.

99qb will not be responsible for any authorized or unauthorized activity on the account through a third party if login credentials were exposed due to the user's own negligence.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 99qb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method.

  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • 99qb is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways.
  • Keep your deposit receipt or transaction ID.
  • Deposits must be made from your own payment account — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete. Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day.

  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
  • Additional verification may be carried out for suspicious transactions.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Currency

All transactions on 99qb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit of ৳100 must be made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before withdrawing (৳1,000 × 20).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
  • A bonus may only be usable on designated games — check the specific terms of each offer.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • There may be a maximum single bet limit when wagering with bonus funds.
  • If promotional terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 99qb VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to higher tiers. 99qb reserves the right to grant or withdraw VIP benefits.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the 99qb platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by software and there is no external interference.

  • If a connection is lost during a gaming session, the result of that round will be determined automatically.
  • Any winnings paid out due to a software error may be considered void.
  • In disputes regarding game rules, 99qb's server logs are the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting, including cricket betting, is accepted at set odds. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all international cricket tournaments is subject to the applicable rules.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are conducted via live broadcast with real dealers. If any dispute arises regarding a dealer's decision or card dealing in a live game, the game provider's rules will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99qb platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

  • Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Fraud: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Bots and Automation: Using automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Collusion: Improperly obtaining bonuses or winnings by conspiring with other players.
  • System Exploitation: Knowingly taking advantage of technical errors for gain.
  • Underage Gaming: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to use an account.
  • Multiple Accounts: Operating accounts under the same person's name or multiple identities.

The full balance of any account involved in the above prohibited activities will be forfeited and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Account Suspension

99qb may temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

  • If suspicious transactions or activity are detected.
  • During an identity verification process.
  • At the user's own request for responsible gaming reasons.
  • If a security risk to the account is detected.

8.2 Permanent Account Termination

In cases of serious violations of the Terms, an account may be permanently closed without prior notice. At the time of closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Closure of Account

Any user may request account closure through our live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

99qb places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial hardship.

  • You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
  • You can activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion if needed.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Payment information is stored according to the highest security standards.
  • Information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under applicable law, 99qb will not be held liable in the following situations:

  • Disruption to the gaming experience due to internet connection failure.
  • Delays or failures in services provided by third-party payment providers.
  • Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
  • Service disruption caused by natural disasters or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Service restrictions resulting from changes in prevailing laws.

Your legal rights as a user are not limited by these terms. In the event of any dispute, please first try to resolve it with our support team.

12. Changes & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms

99qb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

If a dispute arises, first try to resolve it through our 24/7 live chat support. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the support team, submit a formal complaint by email. 99qb is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
